The In-flight Ancillary Revenue workshop discusses duty free online










The In-flight Ancillary Revenue workshop being held this week in Los Angeles, California will for the first time discuss the sale of Duty Free products online as an ancillary revenue product. More than 100 airline revenue Executives will attend the event organised by US Consultancy "Airline Information" and the forum is fast becoming a leader in the field of in-flight revenue development.

Michael Smith, a former Executive with British Airways will chair the final workshop in conjunction with Andrea Spiegel, former head of Sales and Marketing of JetBlue and now Marketing Strategy and Brand Development consultant.

Inflight internet and cell phone access – with numerous options on how to enable these services, which are the best – most customer friendly, most affordable etc. Is there a revenue model that can turn a meaningful profit?
